• Expert on legislation corresponding to projects financed from structural, European and national funds, including research, labor, public acquisitions;
• Expertise in framing the activities in the established time schedule and monitoring the fulfillment of all project indicators;
• Expertise in information / publicity activity of the projects;
• Expertie in dissemination of information on new sources of funding for project proposals;
• Expertise in ERC funded projects;
• Expertise in drafting and approving employment contracts, research, acquisition of equipment, materials and services;
• Legal advice on labor law, public acquisitions law and on the implementation of projects from structural, European or national funds;
• Expertise in participating in the follow-up of the activities in the time schedule established in the projects;
• Expertise in participating in the drafting of progress reports of projects and in the preparation of annexes to them;
• Participation in the information / publicity / dissemination of the projects.

Andrei is a legal advisor of the “Petru Poni" Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry " of the Romanian Academy since 2015, with responsibilities in drafting and approving employment contracts, research, acquisition of equipment, materials and services, providing legal advice on public acquisitions law, labor and on the implementation of projects from structural, European or national funds. He has experience as a member of the working team of 5 projects in which he stood out for the seriousness he showed. In addition ,he is a very adaptable, hardworking and pro-active person. Within the BioNanoTech Support team he is the Responsible for monitoring, publicity and dissemination of the project and he is also in charge with consultancy concerning the European Reearch Council Projects.
